Overview
Aiming to add festivity and street theatre to all the people in the five areas. There was a spin the wheel for prizes , a karaoke space to sing along to favourite Christmas tunes and for our younger friends who met father xmas and his elves and received a present.
Actions
- Sourced and branded the Vehicle inside and out to act as base and provide the theatre element
- Sourced spinning wheel and karaoke back drop and arch
- Liveried out the inside to make a Christmas grotto
- Supplied father Christmas and elves
- Provided driver , technical staff
- Booked and secured all space for the activity
- Event scheduling and time tables
- Security
Results
The activation was well received , providing fun and laugher whilst a good opportunity for brand awareness..The activation ran smoothly with all the event management and logistics.
