Brief:

EEP TO oversee , activate, and Launch the LEON coffee grocery range to the public and raise awareness for its quality and sustainability credentials by highlighting its ‘taste good and does good’ promise through an engaging sampling activation. Overview: Celebrated the coffee launch through a three-day sampling activation event. A fully wrapped and branded vintage VW camper van played host to the LEON coffee cold brew sampling activation. The branded camper van was parked up in prominent National Rail spaces from the London Bridge station, Tooley Street exit to the plaza in front of Kings Cross Station.

Actions:

· Sourced an on brand vehicle to act as sampling base and provide theatre

· Provided driver and technical staff to help with rig and de-rig

· Event scheduling, call sheets and timetables

· Staffing and rotas

· Security

· RAMS and venue liaison

Results:

Total number of Cold Brew coffee samples and flyers distributed over 3 days – 3,600.

The three day activation was well received – providing an opportunity to raise awareness of the LEON brand, introduce the product and accrue feedback from potential customers. It also acted as free advertising in high footfall locations for the duration of the installation. The sampling activation contributed positively to an accelerated and increased rate of profile growth and discovery stats The activation ran smoothly with all event management, logistics and RAMS managed professionally
